ShareEarly voting ongoing for eleven proposed amendments to Texas Constitution
The Texas Constitution is one of the longest in the nation and is still growing. It has been amended 456 times since its adoption in 1876. Eleven proposed amendments will be on the ballot for voter approval on Tuesday, November 3, 2009. Early voting for these amendments began on Monday.
